Activity Logs
The Activity Logs record who created, updated, deleted or restored items in your account, and when. Use them to find out who changed a video, a show or a setting, and what exactly changed.
Go to Activity Logs in the left menu. Only administrators can open this page.
Find an activity
The list shows the most recent activities first, with the date, the user, the item that changed (Element type and ID), the Action (created, updated, deleted, restored or viewed), the IP address and the request ID.
Use the filters at the top to narrow the list:
| Filter | Description |

| User | Activities of a single user. |
| Element Type | Activities on one type of item, for example videos or shows. |
| Action | Created, updated, deleted, restored or viewed. |
| Element ID | Activities on a specific item. |
| Date From / Date To | Activities in a date range. |
| Request ID | All changes made by the same request. |
Click Filter to apply them, or Clear to reset.
See what changed
Click View on an activity to open its details:
- Basic Information: date, user, element type and ID, and action.
- Request Information: IP address, browser (user agent) and request ID.
- Data Changes: for an update, the values Before and After the change. For a creation or deletion, the data that was created or deleted.
