Live Events
Live events are one-time broadcasts on your OTT platform, such as a match, a concert or a conference. An event is shown from a publisher's live stream between its start and end dates, and can be included in your subscription or pay-per-view products.
Live Events appears under the Publishers menu only if the Events feature is enabled for your OTT platform. If you have several platforms, there's one entry for each, with the platform name in brackets.
Create an event

Go to Publishers → Live Events and click Add new event.

Fill in the Event Info tab:
Field Description Publisher The publisher whose live stream will broadcast the event. Only active publishers with a live stream are listed. Event Title The name of the event. Slug Created automatically from the title. It must be unique on the platform and can't be changed later. Description A short description of the event. Active Disabling an event makes it unavailable. Include in Subscription The products that include the event. Products with full content access always include it. See Products. Country Group Restriction The countries where the event can be watched. See Geo-Restriction on Video Content. Start Event Date / End Event Date When the event becomes available and when it ends. -
Click Save changes.

Open the Artwork tab and upload the event's posters and title art. They follow the same formats as show artwork: portrait and landscape posters (maximum 4 MB) and transparent PNG title art.
To show the event on your platform, add it to a page with an Event Widget. See Pages and Menus.
Manage events
The Live Events list shows each event's name, publisher, start and end, and whether it's active. Use the Filter to see the events of one publisher. The artwork icon shows whether the posters are set.
From the ⋮ menu you can Edit event or Delete event.
If an event's publisher becomes inactive or no longer has a live stream, the event page shows a warning. Choose another publisher to keep the event available.
