Notifications
Send push notifications to your customers' devices, for example to announce a new show or a live event.
Go to your platform in the left menu and select Marketing → Notifications.
Create a notification

Click Add Notification.

Fill in the form:
Field Description Type Push Notification. Email notifications are coming soon. Title Up to 50 characters. Message Up to 500 characters. Time To Live (TTL) How long, in seconds, the notification can wait to be delivered to a device that's offline. The default is 3600 (1 hour). Destination Who receives it: All Devices, Devices of registered customers, Customers without subscription, Customers with subscription, or Customers with favorite shows. Schedule For When to send it. Additional Data (JSON) Optional data sent with the notification, for example to open a specific page in the app. -
Click Create Notification.
Manage notifications
The list shows each notification's type, title, scheduled time and how many devices it was Sent to. Use the search to find a notification by title.
From the ⋮ menu you can Edit or Delete a notification. Notifications whose scheduled time has passed can't be edited.
